JADE WARRIOR Jade Warrior (Very rare original 1971 1st pressing Stereo UK 10-track LP on the Vertigo 'swirl' label with etched 'VO6360033 1Y/2Y' matrices, matt gatefold picture sleeve with 'Spiral Swirl' inner. The sleeve has light ringwear with a sticker mark to the top corner and no splits or tears leaving it VG. There is an address label to the inside of the sleeve and on the B-Side label, whilst the vinyl has light scuffs and hairlines; playback reveals just moderate ambient noise Tracklisting & Info: Jade Warrior were an unusual blend based around the eclectic British duo of Tony Duhig and Jon Field, combining elements of rock and classical music with Japanese motifs, using flutes and native percussion as instrumentation. A classic truly 'progressive' album with a very imaginative blend of rock influences and Japanese musical sounds, ranging from quiet passages built around guitar, flute and percussion, to full rock workouts, powered by electric guitars and drums.
